As early as April 2022, Aneta took time to file Public Records Act requests, which appear to target LGBTQ+ inclusive teaching and professional development in GUSD.

The real Aneta does not seem to understand the laws governing inclusive public education, including the FAIR Act.

Someone later used the results of this PRA request to email a school principal about a trans elementary school student's bathroom policy at a GUSD school (see the PRA image).
